1. Search for your desired location in the "Enter Address, Zip Code, or City" field and press Enter.

2. In Step 1 of the sidebar that appears, select Schools.

3. If you are in Manual Mode, the next step is Step 2 of the sidebar, and you will select the School Type you want to view. For this tutorial, let's click Public and Charter Schools.

4. You can filter the Grade Level by Pre-K/Elementary, Middle School, and High School. Let's select Pre-K/Elementary and Middle School.

5. You can adjust the Radius in Miles. Let's select 2 and look at the map.

6. Schools are displayed in pins within the radius, each one showing their school rating out of 10.

Tip! Invest near schools with higher ratings to increase your property's appeal to families.

7. Click on pins to view more information about the school's statistics. To get even more details, click See More.

8. Add the map to your layers so you can stack this data and hide/unhide it.

9. That's it! You know how to use Schools Data! You can now click on "New Search" to continue your market research.

10. If you want to research faster, toggle the button here to enter Speed Mode which skips Step 2 and searches with your default or saved settings.
