1. Search for your desired location in the "Enter Address, Zip Code, or City" field and press Enter.

2. In Step 1 of the sidebar that appears, select Rent-vs-Own.

3. If you are in Manual Mode, the next step is Step 2 of the sidebar, and you will select the Data Type you want to view. For this tutorial, let's click Rent Vs Own Ratio.

4. Let's set the Year field to search Current Data to see how the current Rent-vs-Own distribution looks like in this market.

5. You can view the Data Boundary by Zip Code or City By Zip Code. Let's leave it set to view City By Zip Code and press Generate Map.

6. In Step 3 of the sidebar, a pie chart illustrates the Rent-vs-Own distribution in your selected market. Hover over the chart to view more information.

7. On an orange to blue scale, the map is colored so you can easily find the Rent-vs-Own distribution across the city. Hover over zip codes for more information.

8. Add the map to your layers so you can stack this data and hide/unhide it.

9. That's it! You know how to use Rent-vs-Own Data! You can now click on "New Search" to continue your market research.

10. If you want to research faster, toggle the button here to enter Speed Mode which skips Step 2 and searches with your default or saved settings.
