1. Search for your desired location in the "Enter Address, Zip Code, or City" field and press Enter.

2. In Step 1 of the sidebar that appears, select Appreciation.

3. If you are in Manual Mode, the next step is Step 2 of the sidebar, and you will select the Data Type you want to view. For this tutorial, let's click Median Price.

4. Let's view the Change Over Time and set the Time Frame field to search 2016-2024 so we can compare numerous years of growth.

5. You can view the Data Boundary by Zip Code or City By Zip Code. Let's leave it set to view City By Zip Code and press Generate Map.

6. In Step 3 of the sidebar, you can view figures like the Total Growth and Growth per Year. Based on the past data, there are also estimated price projections for the future.

7. By scrolling down on the sidebar, a line chart illustrates the growth in appreciation over the selected timeframe.

8. On a red to green scale, the map is colored so you can easily compare the dominant growing areas in the city. Click your mouse on zip codes and see the growth in value.

9. Add the map to your layers so you can stack this data and hide/unhide it.

10. That's it! You know how to use Appreciation Data! You can now click on "New Search" to continue your market research.

11. If you want to research faster, toggle the button here to enter Speed Mode which skips Step 2 and searches with your default or saved settings.
